Data handling
What LogLyn collects for free lists and customer-authorized sourcing rounds.
Free-list requests
The free-list form collects your name, work email, company, optional CAGE code or UEI, what you sell and any recurring-list opt-in. The request is stored with a request identifier, submission time, delivery state and limited security metadata, including a keyed network-address-derived hash and rate-limit counters. A list request does not authorize supplier outreach.
Sourcing rounds
For a specifically authorized sourcing round, we use permitted public RFQ and award records, your requirements and authorized supplier contacts. We collect supplier quotes, availability, lead times and communication status into your quote and status sheet. You control bid pricing, eligibility, compliance and submission.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores public form requests and notification delivery state in D1. Google processes notifications sent through the Gmail API to LogLyn’s inbox and supplier email communications. Stripe processes monthly subscription checkout and payment information; LogLyn does not receive your full card details. These providers process information under their applicable terms.
Permitted information only
Do not send CUI, ITAR- or EAR-controlled files, restricted technical data, DIBBS/PIEE/WAWF credentials, bank details or records you lack permission to share. The public form does not accept file uploads.
Retention and requests
Website requests and delivery records are stored until reviewed for deletion; there is no automatic fixed deletion schedule. Information is retained as reasonably needed to respond, support agreed work, protect the service and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by email, subject to applicable legal, security, backup and recordkeeping obligations.
