What we do with your data.
This page is intended to be read before you send anything. It covers what you send, how it moves, who sees it, how long it is kept, and what your options are if you want additional protection in place first.
Before you send anything
Five things to know before sharing any data.
What you are sending
An AR aging export. This is the standard output from any ERP or accounting system. The same file you share with your auditor, your lender, or your bank for a line of credit review.
How it is transferred
Via a secure file transfer link. No unencrypted email attachments. We send you the upload path when scope is confirmed.
Who sees it
One person: the founder. No contractors, no offshore processing, no shared pipeline. One engagement at a time.
How long it is kept
We do not retain source data after delivery. If you ask us to delete before we send your results, we do that instead.
Your NDA option
An NDA is available before any data moves. Ask and we send it the same business day. The engagement does not begin until you are comfortable with the terms.
Scope
The engagement is deliberately narrow.
You send an aging export (the standard output from any ERP or accounting system) and optionally, payment remittance records. We process them and return a delay analysis across invoice delivery, collections, and payment matching. That is the complete data flow.
There is no platform integration, no API access, no ongoing connection to your systems. The engagement begins when you send the file and ends when you receive your results.
Handling Rules

These are specific commitments, not a reassurance paragraph. Each one applies to every engagement.
Use purpose
Your data is used only to produce your results. It is not used for training, benchmarking, product improvement, or any other purpose.
Retention
We do not retain source data after delivery. If you ask us to delete before we send your results, we do that instead. There is no archive, no backup, no secondary copy.
Personnel
You are dealing with one person. No contractors handle your data. No offshore processing. No automated pipeline runs your data without review. One person, reviewed output.
NDA
A non-disclosure agreement is available before any data moves. Ask and we send it the same business day. The engagement does not begin until you are comfortable with the terms.
Transfer security
Data is transferred via TLS-encrypted channels. No unencrypted email attachments. Secure file transfer links for anything sensitive.
Input scope
The AR aging export is the same report you share with your auditor, your lender, or your bank for a line of credit review. We are asking for less than any of those relationships require.
Scope Limits
What we do not do.
- We do not claim enterprise security infrastructure. This is a founder-led engagement, not a platform with SOC 2 certification.
- We do not use your data to train, benchmark, or improve any model or system.
- We do not share your data with any third party for any purpose.
- We do not retain data to improve future engagements. Each engagement is isolated.
- We do not integrate with your ERP, CRM, or any other system.
- We do not have a team with access to your data. One person processes one engagement at a time.
