Governing agreements
Each engagement is governed by a written agreement between LogLyn and your organization. The scope, deliverables, data handling, and terms for any engagement are agreed before work begins. The governing law and any other specific terms are set out in that written agreement, and any dispute is handled in good faith between the parties.
Initial engagements
The initial engagement is fixed scope: you provide an aging export and optionally payment remittances, we return a delay analysis across invoice delivery, invoice follow-up, and payment matching. The scope, deliverables, and data handling terms are described in the engagement letter. If you want an NDA in place before any data moves, we aim to provide it the same business day you ask.
Ongoing engagements
Ongoing work, where LogLyn runs the analysis across your invoices on a recurring basis, is governed by a written agreement covering scope, deliverables, data handling, retention, support, and termination provisions specific to your arrangement.
Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Questions are welcome at the contact email below.
