Governing agreements

All engagements are governed by a signed agreement between LogLyn and your organization: either a standalone engagement letter for an initial engagement or a Master Services Agreement (MSA) for ongoing work. No data is exchanged and no engagement begins without a signed agreement in place, or explicit written consent from both parties to proceed without one.

Initial engagements

The initial engagement is fixed scope: you provide an aging export and optionally payment remittances, we return a delay analysis across invoice delivery, collections, and payment matching. The scope, deliverables, and data handling terms are described in the engagement letter. If you want an NDA in place before any data moves, we provide it the same business day you ask.

Ongoing engagements

Ongoing work, where LogLyn runs the analysis across your full book on a recurring basis, is governed by an MSA. The MSA covers scope, deliverables, data handling, retention policies, support terms, and termination provisions specific to your arrangement. Draft terms are available on request.
