Terms of Service

Governing agreements
These public terms describe the general service boundaries of LogLyn LLC ("LogLyn"). Each engagement is governed by a written agreement with the customer. That agreement states the scope, deliverables, commercial terms, timing, data handling, governing law, and any other engagement-specific terms. If these public terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Submitting a website form or sending an email does not by itself create an engagement.
Scope of work
LogLyn performs payment-document operations within the agreed scope. Work may include preparing, repairing, reconciling, and organizing documents, registers, exception records, and review materials. The written agreement identifies the requested inputs and deliverables. Work outside that scope requires separate written agreement.
Customer control and responsibility
The customer chooses what records to provide and is responsible for their accuracy, completeness, and lawful sharing. The customer reviews and approves all prepared work and controls every submission, communication, decision, and other external action. LogLyn does not sign, certify, submit, send, contact counterparties, or act with authority on the customer’s behalf.
No outcome or payment guarantee
LogLyn prepares work from the records available within the agreed scope. It does not promise that an invoice will be paid, a payment will be released, a deduction will be reversed, a dispute will be accepted, or any counterparty will take a particular action. Missing, conflicting, or unverified information may require a customer decision or additional records.
Professional and financial boundaries
LogLyn does not provide legal, contractual, accounting, tax, investment, or credit advice and does not make those decisions for customers. LogLyn is not a lender, factor, payment processor, debt collector, or custodian of funds. Customers should use qualified advisors for professional questions and remain responsible for payment and counterparty decisions.
Data handling
The written agreement or intake instructions state the handling terms for engagement files. Do not send operational records through the public website form. Current general information is available on the Security & Data Handling and Privacy Policy pages.
Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Questions are welcome at the contact email below.
