Who we are
LogLyn is a founder-operated business that helps manufacturers, machine shops, suppliers, and distributors see where money is getting stuck after shipment. We are not a software platform or SaaS company. We run a narrow, founder-reviewed engagement: you send us data, we process it, we return your results.

Data we collect
We collect two categories of data:
Contact data
When you reach out through the site, we collect your name, company name, email address, and any message you provide. This is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, to set up and complete the engagement.
Engagement data
If you proceed with an engagement, you provide an aging export (a standard ERP output) and optionally payment remittance records. This data is used exclusively to produce your results. It is not stored beyond the engagement scope described below.
How we use your data
Contact data is used to respond to your inquiry and manage the engagement. Engagement data (aging export, remittances) is used only to produce your results. It is not used for any other purpose.
We do not use your data to train machine learning models, benchmark our processes, improve our product for other customers, or any secondary purpose. Each engagement is isolated.
Retention
Engagement data (your aging export and any remittances) is not retained after your results are delivered. If you request deletion before we send your results, we delete the data and confirm deletion to you.
Contact data (name, company, email, message) is retained for a reasonable period to manage the relationship and respond to follow-up questions. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Sharing
We do not share your data with any third party for any purpose. We do not sell, license, or disclose your data. There are no contractors, offshore processors, or sub-processors handling your engagement data. One person processes each engagement.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible or Google Analytics 4) if configured. If analytics is active, no personally identifying information is collected. Page views and aggregate interaction counts only. You can disable analytics by blocking the relevant scripts in your browser.
The site does not use advertising cookies, retargeting, or cross-site tracking of any kind.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you. Email us at the address below. We respond within one business day.
For data held as part of an engagement: by default, engagement data is deleted after delivery. If you want it deleted before delivery, request this when you submit your intake. We will confirm deletion before sending your results.
