Who we are
LogLyn is an accounts-receivable review that helps manufacturers, machine shops, suppliers, and distributors identify where invoices are slowing down after shipment. This service is operated by LogLyn: you share your data, it is reviewed, and your results are returned to you.

Data we collect
We collect two categories of data:
Contact data
When you reach out through the site, the form collects only request and contact information: your name, work email, company, and a few limited dropdown selections. This is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, to set up an engagement. Please do not paste or upload invoice-level AR data into the website form.
Engagement data
If there is a mutual fit and you proceed with an engagement, you share an aging export (a standard ERP output) and optionally payment remittance records. This is shared later via secure transfer, not through the website form. It is used exclusively to produce your results and is not stored beyond the engagement scope described below.
How we use your data
Contact data is used to respond to your inquiry and manage the engagement. Engagement data (aging export, remittances) is used only to produce your results. It is not used for any other purpose.
We do not use your data to train machine learning models, benchmark our processes, improve our product for other customers, or any secondary purpose. Each engagement is isolated.
Retention
Engagement data (your aging export and any remittances) is not retained after your results are delivered. If you request deletion before we send your results, we delete the data and confirm deletion to you.
Contact data (name, company, email, message) is retained for a reasonable period to manage the relationship and respond to follow-up questions. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell, license, or disclose your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Each engagement is handled by LogLyn. We use Vercel for website hosting. We will list any additional data-processing service here before it is used.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising cookies, retargeting, or cross-site tracking of any kind. If privacy-respecting, aggregate-only analytics is used, it will be listed in the sharing section above before it is used, and it does not collect personally identifying information.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you. Email us at the address below. We respond within one business day.
For data held as part of an engagement: by default, engagement data is deleted after delivery. If you want it deleted before delivery, request this when you submit your intake. We will confirm deletion before sending your results.
Customer-uploaded third-party data
Engagement data you share (such as aging exports or remittance records) may contain contact information for your customers, counterparties, or other third parties. We process this data only as needed to produce your results. We do not contact those third parties, share their data with other parties, or use it for any secondary purpose.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Questions are welcome at the contact email below.
