The problem

Deductions arrive with a reason code and little else. Nobody has time to link the evidence, group the likely causes, or see which trading partner is generating the most administrative burden. Items sit unreviewed, and the ones worth challenging never get a drafted case.

What LogLyn reviews

  • Deduction, invoice, and remittance records you send, organized into a deduction register.
  • Reason codes, grouped into administrative categories and likely-cause groupings.
  • Available evidence, linked to each deduction where it exists.
  • Amounts and frequency, summarized by trading partner.

What you send

  • Deduction records and remittance records.
  • Invoices and reason codes.
  • Supporting records and your existing policies for deductions.
  • Any correspondence relevant to items you want reviewed.

What LogLyn returns

  • A deduction register with administrative categories and likely-cause groupings.
  • A linked-evidence index and an unknown-item list.
  • Draft evidence packages and draft explanations for items you choose to review.
  • A trading-partner cost summary showing amounts, frequency, and concentration.

What you decide and submit

  • Decide how each item should be treated.
  • Decide whether to accept or challenge each deduction.
  • Approve the facts and wording in any draft evidence package.
  • Submit every dispute under your own name and authority.

Included workload

Up to 200 deduction or remittance lines, up to 8 trading-partner programs, and up to 10 draft evidence packages.
