Responsible Use

How LogLyn should and should not be relied on. This page sets out what the service does, where your responsibility begins, and the limits of any analysis we provide.

Human review and approval boundary

LogLyn prepares analysis and follow-up material for human review. A person stays in the loop: you review and approve any follow-up before it goes to a customer or counterparty. LogLyn does not act on your behalf without your review and approval.

AI-assisted workflow limitations

LogLyn may use AI-assisted tools to help prepare review materials. A person reviews the output before it is returned. AI-assisted findings may be incomplete, incorrect, or based on limited data. Customers are responsible for reviewing all findings and follow-up materials before approving any action.

Outbound communication responsibility

Customers are responsible for all outbound communications made using LogLyn-prepared follow-ups. This includes ensuring the accuracy of recipient contact information, the authority to contact third parties, and compliance with applicable communication laws and regulations.

No legal advice

LogLyn does not provide legal advice. Nothing in this service, its outputs, or its communications constitutes legal advice. Customers should consult qualified legal counsel for legal questions.

No financial advice

LogLyn does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or accounting advice. Invoice analysis outputs are workflow tools only and should not be treated as financial recommendations.

No debt-collection service

LogLyn is an invoice follow-up review, not a debt-collection service. LogLyn does not collect debts on behalf of customers, does not act as a third-party debt collector, and is not a licensed collections agency. Customers are responsible for their own compliance with applicable collections law.

No lending, factoring, payment processing, or credit decisioning

LogLyn is not a lender, invoice factoring service, payment processor, or credit decision service. LogLyn does not make credit decisions, purchase receivables, or process payments on behalf of customers.

Customer responsibility for data accuracy and contact authority

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of data they share, including the accuracy of invoice amounts, contact information, and any third-party data included in what they send. Customers are responsible for having the authority to contact any third parties identified in their data.

Customer-uploaded third-party data

Data you share may include information about your customers, counterparties, or other third parties (such as contact names, email addresses, or account information). You represent that you have the authority to share and act on this data. LogLyn processes this data only to provide the service.

Product limitations and error risk

AI-assisted analysis may contain errors, omissions, or misclassifications. Customers should independently verify findings before taking action. LogLyn does not guarantee specific outcomes, payment recovery, or error-free outputs.
