No debt-collection service claim
LogLyn is an invoice follow-up review. It prepares follow-up communications for human review and approval. It does not collect debts on behalf of customers, does not act as a third-party debt collector, and does not hold itself out as a collections agency.
No lending, factoring, or payment processing
LogLyn does not purchase receivables, advance funds, process payments, or make creditworthiness determinations. It does not hold customer funds or act as a payment intermediary.
No legal or financial advice
Nothing provided by LogLyn, including invoice analysis outputs, recommended follow-up language, or workflow suggestions, constitutes legal advice, financial advice, accounting advice, or tax advice. Customers should consult qualified advisors for legal and financial questions.
Customer responsibility and authority
Customers are responsible for: (a) ensuring they have authority to contact third parties identified in their data; (b) compliance with applicable communication and collections law in their jurisdiction; (c) accuracy of data provided to LogLyn; (d) independently verifying analysis outputs before taking action.
