Before you send anything
Five things to know before sharing any data.
What you are sending
An AR aging export. This is the standard output from any ERP or accounting system. The same type of file many manufacturers share with an auditor, lender, or bank for a line of credit review.
How it is transferred
Engagement data is shared later via a secure transfer link, never through the website form and never as an unencrypted email attachment. We send you the transfer path when scope is confirmed.
Who sees it
Access is limited to the minimum necessary to complete the review. Each engagement is reviewed by LogLyn before delivery and handled individually.
How long it is kept
We do not retain engagement source data after your results are delivered. If you ask us to delete it before we send your results, we do that instead and confirm deletion to you.
Your NDA option
An NDA is available before any data moves. Ask and we aim to send it the same business day. The engagement does not begin until you are comfortable with the terms.
Scope
The engagement is deliberately narrow.
You send an aging export (the standard output from any ERP or accounting system) and optionally, payment remittance records. We process them and return an invoice delay analysis across invoice delivery, follow-up, and payment matching. That is the complete data flow.
There is no platform integration, no API access, no ongoing connection to your systems. The engagement begins when you send the file and ends when you receive your results.
Handling Rules
Every rule stated plainly.
These are specific commitments, not a reassurance paragraph. Each one applies to every engagement.
Use and retention
Your data produces your results and nothing else: no training, no benchmarking, no secondary purpose. Engagement source data is not retained after delivery, and delete-on-request is honored at any point.
Personnel
LogLyn handles your engagement from receipt to delivery, reviewed before delivery. We will list any additional data-processing service here before it is used.

Input scope
The AR aging export is the same type of report many manufacturers share with an auditor, lender, or bank for a line of credit review. We are asking for less than any of those relationships require.
Customer-shared third-party data
Data you share may include contact information for your customers or counterparties. We process this data only to provide your results. We do not contact those third parties directly.
Scope Limits
What we do not do.
- We do not claim enterprise security infrastructure. LogLyn does not currently hold SOC 2 certification, and the data-handling commitments on this page apply in full.
- We do not use your data to train, benchmark, or improve any model or system.
- We do not retain data to improve future engagements. Each engagement is isolated.
- We do not integrate with your ERP, CRM, or any other system.
- Access to your data is limited to the minimum necessary, and each engagement is processed individually.
We use Vercel for website hosting. We will list any additional data-processing service here before it is used.
